Groups are made up of people. (It's true both on and offline.) Therefore, you must first create a personal account for yourself. From there you can create your group where you will be the first leader. Leaders can modify pages, post blogs & media, and manage connections. You can then invite others to help lead. All messages go directly to leaders. (After all, who wants to talk to a faceless entity?)
